Location & Teaching Style​

We train at Hill Country Riding Academy with Stephanie Cook. The barn is in Bulverde, TX, approximately 25

​minutes from campus. Members try to carpool to lessons and split gas costs. Stephanie teaches groups of

up to 5 riders with mixed experience levels​. Lessons cost $140 for a package of 4. For students who wish to board their own horse at HCRA, Stephanie offers special boarding/training packages; see her website at www.hillcountryridingacademy.com for details. Shows

All team IHSA competition entry fees are covered by the school, and some travel costs can be covered by

the team account, depending on how many people attend the show. Occasionally, riders compete at local shows with Stephanie.

October 12-13 @ Tulane Univerisity, New Orleans, LA (2 shows)

Novermber 2-3 @ University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK (2 shows)

January 25-26 @ Rice University, Houston, TX (2 shows)

February 15-16 @ Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, LA (2 shows)

March 8-9 @ West Texas A&M University, Canyon, TX (1 show + Regionals)
